ISO 9001 compliance will provide DMI Pipe Fabrication with a set of principles that ensure a common sense approach to the management of DMI Pipe Fabrication and our business activities to consistently achieve customer satisfaction. This process will include supplier audits and a commitment from senior-level management to implement the process definition and work instructions. DMI will determine customer requirements and create systems for communicating with customers about product information, inquiries, contracts, orders, feedback, and complaints. DMI Pipe Fabrication will regularly review performance through internal audits and meetings and will determine whether the quality system is working and what improvements can be made. DMI will have a documented procedure for internal audits of pipe fabrication performance and documented procedures for dealing with actual and potential non conformances.
